Ingredients

  • 500g chicken
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Curry leaves
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Roast coconut until golden and grind to paste.
  2. Heat coconut oil, saute onions and curry leaves.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
  4. Add spices and chicken, mix well.
  5. Add coconut paste and water.
  6. Simmer until chicken is tender.
