Ingredients

  • 600g chicken
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 8 dried red chilies
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Roast coconut, chilies, and poppy seeds and grind to paste.
  2. Sauté onions in oil.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Add ground masala and cook well.
  5. Add chicken and water.
  6. Simmer until chicken is tender.
