- 1 cup grated coconut
- 5 dried red chilies
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion, chopped

- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 cups water
Instructions
- Clean and devein prawns.
- Grind coconut, chilies, garlic, turmeric, and tamarind to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add ground paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add water and simmer.
- Add prawns and cook 5–7 mins until done.
