  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak chilies and grind with garlic, cumin, turmeric, and vinegar.
  2. Marinate pork for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat oil and sauté onions until golden.
  4. Add pork with marinade and cook on low heat.
  5. Simmer until pork is tender and oil separates.
